Executive chef Michael Gucfa will lead a hands-on pasta-making class at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at Green Valley Ranch Resort.
Participants will learn to roll, knead and shape fresh pasta before enjoying wine, a fresh salad and a chef-prepared pasta lunch in the restaurant’s Tuscan-inspired dining room. Each attendee will also take home the pasta made during the class and receive an exclusive Bottiglia gift bag.

September 24, 2026 | AMARI

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop at UnCommons will host The Art of Amaro: Make Your Own Italian Amaro.
During the immersive class guests will learn from a guest ambassador representing one of Italy’s premier amaro producers about the history, craftsmanship and culture behind Italy’s iconic digestivo. After tasting a welcome cocktail and a curated selection of individual botanical infusions (including citrus peels, herbs, spices, roots and florals) to explore how each ingredient contributes to the balance and complexity of an amaro, participants will create their own unique recipe, make a label and fill a 350ml bottle to take home. Throughout the class there will be a selection of chef-prepared small bites served.

September 24-27, 2026 | Drink Las Vegas

The inaugural Drink Las Vegas, a culinary and cocktail festival, will include approximately 50 events at more than 30 venues across four MGM Resorts International properties: ARIA, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, and Park MGM.
The experiences will include an opening party, food and cocktail tastings, themed lunches and dinners, after-parties and educational seminars. The events will feature several noted mixologists and chefs such as Tony Abou-Ganim, Tom Colicchio, Mary Sue Miliken, Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Prices vary, with educational seminars and tastings starting under $100 and exclusive dining experiences costing hundreds, like the Opening Night hosted by Jean-Georges Vongerichten on Sept. 24 priced at $325.

Chef Fabio Viviani will host an oyster and sparkling wine tasting experience at his Pearls Oyster Bar at The Resort at Summerlin.
The exclusive seated event will feature a curated progression of premium oysters paired with three distinct expressions of Prosecco and sparkling wines and will include premium oyster tasting (three oysters), paring with three Prosecco & sparkling wine tasting pours, cioppino tasting size, bread service and dessert.
Throughout the evening chef Fabio will guide guests through the tasting while sharing stories and insights.

Grape Vine Café Wine Bar & Cellar will host a wine dinner featuring Frog’s Leap, the first organic certified vineyard in Napa Valley, with host, founder and winemaker, John Williams.
Courses are:
- crab cake with fennel & honeycrisp apple slaw and lemon-dill aioli paired with 2024 Frog’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc
- roasted chicken with wild mushroom risotto matched with 2023 Frog’s Leap Merlot
- roasted beef tenderloin with prosciutto-herb crumble, shallot demi-glace and broccolini paired with 2023 Frog’s Leap Zinfandel and 2022 Frog’s Leap Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Fogo de Chão will host a four-course wine dinner featuring wines from Silver Oak at both its locations on Flamingo Rd. and at The Venetian.

- pan-seared salmon with mashed sweet potatoes matched with Twomey Pinot Noir

Lip Smacking Foodie Tours has launched a new tour: The Celebrity Chef Tour.
The 2.5 hour afternoon dining experience includes visits to four celebrity chef restaurants: Buddy Valastro’s Cake Boss Café within the LINQ Hotel for fresh mozzarella and a Jersey Roast Beef sandwich on fresh baked bread with warm au jus, Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips at the LINQ Promenade for the classic United Kingdom street food coated in a special custard powder batter served with French fries and tartar sauce, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at the LINQ Hotel for trash can nachos and Koreatown’ short rib tacos, and Dominique Ansel Vegas at Caesars Palace for pastries and crispy and caramelized cronuts (cross between a French croissant and an American donut formed into a muffin-like shape) Ansel is known for.

The Cabinet of Curiosities is hosting weekly mixology masterclass.
The Cabinet of Curiosities at Horseshoe Las Vegas, the immersive bar and speakeasy known for its collection of rare and precious things from around the world, has debuted a weekly mixology masterclass.
The 90-minute program includes a presentation on the history, flavor profiles and techniques of crafting two classic cocktails. Guests will have a host of spirits, mixers and garnishes to craft their own custom cocktail while guided by an expert mixologist. Classes cover essential tools, techniques and terminology of mixology; how to balance flavors and fashion harmonious cocktails; how to create unique and innovative cocktails that reflect personal style; and the art of garnishing and presentation to enhance the visual appeal of cocktails.

Offered Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. and priced at $35 per person, the menu includes:
- choice of seasonal farmer’s salad with roasted baby beets and goat cheese, Caesar salad, beef carpaccio with truffle aioli, fried calamari with Calabrian aioli or Prince Edward Island mussels with white wine and herb salad
- orecchiette al fagu (little ears pasta and house-made fennel sausage), linguine and clams, spaghetti and meatball pomodoro or chicken marsala
- and ricotta mascarpone and scented orange cannoli, tiramisu or panna cotta.
