Champagne Cocktails for Winter

Zebra Champagne has selected four for winter to warm you up.
Most of the time, champagne is drunk by itself in a flute. While there are a few famous classic champagne cocktails, like the Mimosa and Bellini, Kein Cross, proprietor of Zebra Champagne, has extended the list of bubbly cocktails with some 60 exclusive signature creations.

1. Champagne Eggnog

– 1 whole egg
– 1.7 oz. cream
– 0.35 oz. crème de cacao blanc
– Nutmeg to garnish
• 4 oz. brut champagne
2. Deluxe Cocktail

– 1 sugar cane
– 0.5 oz. of Cognac
– 3 dashes of angostura bitters
– A dash of simple syrup
• 2.5 oz. brut champagne

4. Winter Thyme

– 1 oz. of gin
– 1 oz. thyme syrup
– Sprig of thyme for garnish
